Yahoo!  4,000 views of my little blog.  Thanks all.

Gina was hesitating a little between 4, 000 and 5,000 RPM in second.  Changed the plugs to new Bosch platinum plugs and all better.  Straight pull to 6,000 with no hesitations.  Nice 68 degree day in Feb in Kansas City.  Time for a test drive!

Might need to polish the engine again!

Kansas City Alfa Romeo Owners' Club Dinner

Balmy 59 degrees in Kansas.  Put the top up on Gina and went to meet 11 other members at Korma Sutra in Overland Park, KS.  Good food and good company.Took the long way home as usual when driving Gina.

Air Filter Reproduction Decal

Finally found a source for a reproduction air filter canister decal. Looks great.

Alfa Romeo Club Wine and Stars Night

Met with the Alfa Romeo Club of Kansas City - the Strada Fantasma - and went to Somerset Winery followed by dinner and a night at the observatory in Louisburg KS.  Great night.

Repainted SPICA Air Canister

The SPICA air canister that Carriage and Motor Works installed in December was used and a bit dinged up and rusty.  Went to my favorite Alfa Romeo bulletin board and the members suggested I use Ace Hardware Machinery Gray spray paint.  Removed the canister, cleaned and sanded, masked the 2000 plate, and gave it 3 coats.  Quite the difference.  Now I need to the find a missing decal on the top of the air canister.
